One-Hour Seminar: Assessing the Health of Your IT Project

This presentation covers 12 key points for assessing the health of IT projects, though the concepts can be applied outside IT. Applying these concepts can increase the probability of your project's success by improving your understanding of how well your project is defined, supported, controlled, and communicated. Each of the 12 points is presented as a series of questions designed to help you determine areas of improvement for your project.

This seminar can be given on your site for a nominal fee and can be arranged as a luncheon presentation.
